Reviews & Testimonials
We love our customers and they love our work. Over the years we’ve received overwhelming support, love and inspiration from our clients. See below for some of the stories our customers have experienced when partnering with digitalstream.
Highly recommend this company!
digitalstream has been Auckland Eye’s digital agency for over 10 years, providing website development, patient and referrer accessibility programmes and clinic process systems.
In the 8 months that I have been working with them, since I joined Auckland Eye, I have been impressed at how responsive, helpful and knowledgeable they are - the service that we receive on business-as-usual, as well as new developments, has been excellent. They understand our business very well and bring that knowledge to every interaction and new opportunity."
The final outcome was a professional website that really helped my business grow.
Thanks team!
Thanks guys!
Thanks again from the team at Auckland Roofing Solutions.
Credit where credit is due! The finished website, designed by digitalstream, with our help! is ground breaking for us. It looks visually stunning, and has enabled Auckland Parents of Deaf Children to establish much new capability, allowing for greater efficiencies in the way we work, whilst being able to connect with the many families and whanau, not previously aware of us, alongside potential sponsors, donors and volunteers.
APODCs’ Coordinator, took forward the task of reviewing and updating content over 6 months, with regular liaison with the developer, digitalstream. The APODC Committee reviewed all suggestions, updates of forms and policy, undertook proof reading, and provided suggestions re layout, functionality, and visual appeal. digitalstream and their teams understanding of the needs and dynamics of NFP organisations, helped achieve the result that we wanted, extending patience and flexibility to get us through an oftentimes stressful process, including necessary switch over of web hosting provider, and consolidation of our digital needs to achieve much needed streamlining.
New systems were built into the website, and have also taken some time to establish, and for the Committee to learn about. Event booking program, Eventbrite now allows for the linking of event details on the website, with the listing on Eventbrite, which means that members can book to attend events independently online, reducing APODC manpower, and increasing data collation.
Joining Stripe Payments, and linking this with the website, has allowed us to create a direct link for new membership payments and renewals via the website. Again this has reduced the time spent emailing members, and providing them with a hard copy form, to then receive back and process. Members can now complete sign-up, or renew in a couple of minutes via any device. We are also able to take donations through Stripe.
The APODC newsletter is now being developed via Mailchimp, linking information and pictures from the website, creating an easier to read monthly update.
Memberships are at an all time high for the mid-year period, with 70 member families. This has been a direct outcome of developing our digital profile. The site has attracted offers from online family based directories, and market places who wish to include APODC among their listings, whilst development of a new open Facebook page, which is embedded into the home page, has enabled quick and direct contact with a much larger pool of stakeholders. facebook.com/aucklandparentsofdeafchildren/
Since launching the website, we have been approached by 3 prospective volunteers who have connected via our new online visibility. This is a major boost for our organisation, which has long been reliant upon the voluntary efforts of the Committee alone.
The website development process, and work with digitalstream culminated this month with training received by a working group of Committee members. This training is essential in terms of introducing us to WordPress, how to maintain the site, and keeping it fresh with ongoing updates. There is still much learning to be done, however the recorded training videos will assist us in continuing to practice and to become competent with the WordPress platform."
Thanks DS, Russell, Melissa, Edilza and Tauqeer!
